Feature overview

Everything
JobsJai can do.

One platform for jobseekers, employers and their teams: a swipe-based mobile app, an employer dashboard and HR tools for life after the hire.

01 · For jobseekers · 10 features

Find the right job with a swipe.

  1. Swipe right to apply, up to save and left to skip. Changed your mind? Undo within four seconds, before the employer ever sees it.

  2. Jobs are ordered by how well they fit your skills, sector, role, location, salary and more, and by what you apply to, save and skip. Each card says why it fits.

  3. Start with your CV, as a file or a photo. AI fills in your details, skills and work history, and you check everything before you create your account.

  4. Turn your profile into a clean CV PDF with one tap. When your profile changes, the app tells you the CV is out of date.

  5. Follow every application from In review to Matched, Interview, Offer and Hired, and withdraw at any stage before you are hired.

  6. Some employers take applications on their own website. JobsJai opens it for you and keeps the job in your Applied tab until you confirm you finished.

  7. Swipe up or tap the bookmark to keep a job for later, and see at a glance which saved jobs you have applied to.

  8. Employers can invite you to apply. Accept to match and start chatting straight away, or decline the invite.

  9. Rate each skill from Basic to Expert, see how complete your profile is, and switch on Actively looking when you are open to offers.

  10. Every job shows its key facts up front: contract, work setup, location and experience. Company pages list their open roles, with a badge for verified companies.

02 · For employers · 12 features

Hire faster with less work.

  1. Enter your website. JobsJai fills in your company profile and finds your open roles, and you choose which ones to import as drafts.

  2. Write with AI, paste a job ad, start from a link or a document, or fill it in by hand. Nothing goes live until you publish it.

  3. Add up to five questions per job, answered as text, yes or no, or a number. AI can suggest a first set to start from.

  4. Set how many people you need. When that many have signed an offer, the vacancy is marked filled and stops taking applications.

  5. Review applicants card by card in the app or as a list on the web, sorted by best fit. Approve, reject or save each one.

  6. Open an applicant to get a short AI summary with key strengths and anything to check, next to their full profile and CV.

  7. Keep your own pool of candidates in groups, with where each person came from and how far they have got.

  8. Upload CVs, phone photos, ZIP files or spreadsheets. AI reads the CVs, and anyone already in your pool is kept out as a duplicate.

  9. Change many jobs at once in plain language, like “add health insurance to all active jobs”. You see every change before anything is saved.

  10. See applications and matches over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, your busiest jobs and where every application stands.

  11. Connect your own systems with API keys and webhooks for new applications, status changes and matches, with delivery logs, reference docs and guides.

03 · Chat & hiring · 8 features

From match to signed contract in one place.

  1. Messages arrive instantly, with typing indicators on both sides. In the app you can also see when your message has been read.

  2. Matched candidates answer your screening questions in the chat. You read the answers and approve them before the conversation opens.

  3. Plan online or in-person interviews in the chat. Either side can propose a new time, and in the app you can add the meeting to your calendar.

  4. Send an offer with the contract attached, plus salary, start date and notes. Until it is signed you can change or withdraw it, and it stays open for 14 days.

  5. Candidates sign on their phone with their name and a drawn signature. The time, IP address and device are recorded, and a secure email link opens the signed proof.

  6. Once hired, candidates can share their phone number or email with you, right in the chat.

  7. Push on the phone, email and an inbox that opens the right screen. Choose per topic: messages, applications, matches, reminders and team updates.

  8. When you take a vacancy down, everyone you were talking to about it gets a note in their chat, so nobody is left wondering.

04 · HR & employee management · 22 features

Everything after the hire, for the whole team.

  1. Every employee in one list, by stage: active, starting soon or former. Search by name or role, and filter on the web.

  2. One file per person: details, documents, leave, hours, expenses, payslips, reviews, equipment and more. Salary and start date come from the signed offer.

  3. Each employee file lists what needs attention: leave requests, expired documents, deadlines and open tasks.

  4. Bring existing staff into JobsJai Work by email, no vacancy needed. The invitation link stays valid for seven days.

  5. Import up to 5,000 employees from a CSV or Excel file. Columns are matched for you, and everyone gets an invitation to JobsJai Work.

  6. Start from a standard onboarding or offboarding checklist, adjust it, and give every task a due date. Foreign hires get work permit and visa steps.

  7. Keep IDs, work permits, visas, contracts and more in the employee file. Add an expiry date where one applies; on the web it is read from the upload.

  8. Ask an employee for a missing document, or for their emergency contact and address. They send it from their phone.

  9. Read an uploaded document in your own language: AI translates its text into English or Thai and keeps names, dates and amounts as written.

  10. Create an employment certificate PDF from the employee file, in English or Thai. Salary is included only if you choose.

  11. Record leave and approve or decline requests, with each employee's vacation balance for the year.

  12. Plan probation, annual and custom reviews, then complete them with a rating and notes. A reminder comes a week before.

  13. Track 90-day reports and work permit and visa renewals for each employee. Reminders come 14 and 3 days before, and repeating items roll forward.

  14. Record what each employee was given, like a laptop or a key card, and mark it returned when it comes back.

  15. Plan shifts per employee, month by month. Edit them or cancel upcoming ones, and employees see their schedule in JobsJai Work.

  16. Review clocked hours and approve or reject them. A correction request shows the original times next to the requested ones.

  17. Approve or reject expense claims, open the receipt, and mark approved claims as reimbursed.

  18. Upload each payslip as a PDF with its net pay, and share it privately with the employee, who opens it in JobsJai Work.

  19. End an employment or reinstate it later. Every change stays in the employment history.

  20. Email and in-app reminders before documents expire, probation or a contract ends, a review is due or a compliance deadline comes up.

  21. Notes on an employee that only the owner, admins and roles you allow can read. The employee never sees them.

  22. Switch HR modules on or off for your company, such as payslips, clocking in and out, or reviews.
